Anna Griffin Medallion
I made this card with Anna Griffin papers. The scallops were cut with Nestabilities and the stamped images in the center are from Just Rite stamps. A little tedious and time-consuming, but worth it, I think. This is so shiny and shimmery in real life.

Kyli's Birthday card
My sweet little Kyli turned three yesterday and this is the card I will have for her when I pick her up this afternoon. She loves cupcakes, so I knew I had to use this image from My Favorite Things to make her card this year. Image is colored with Copic markers and the papers are from the Glitter Sweet Stack from DCWV. Touches of Stickles here and there. I colored some tiny half-pearls with a Copic marker to get a color to match her dress. Thanks for stopping in today. It's a glorious day here and I have lots planned. Enjoy your day!

I'm still out here!
I can't believe it's been nearly a month since I've posted anything new on my blog! I just can't figure out where my days go! I finally got a chance to do a little creating last night and played with some emboss resist. I had a comment from a reader that led to a delightful email conversation. In the process, I've made a new online friend. One of things we talked about was how to do the emboss resist technique and I realized I hadn't used this technique in ages and it would look wonderful with some soft spring colors. Well, I'm not sure my mojo is where it needs to be, but I'm pretty pleased with how this turned out.
The stamp set is Easter Blossoms from SU! as are most of the other elements. I love the new tulip border embossing folder. I also managed to make hubby a birthday card the other day, but I'll save that for another post. For now, I think I'm going to go play with my stamps for an hour or so before calling it a night. Thanks for stopping in!
